1. Information About Us
1.1 We operate the website www.designerdrop.co.uk. We are Designer Drop LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16275841 with our registered office at:

2. Your Status
2.1 By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

(a) You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or have the necessary consent from a parent or guardian to do so;

(b) All details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods on our site are accurate, that the credit or debit card used is authorized by the cardholder, and that there are sufficient funds or credit to cover the cost of the goods;

(c) We reserve the right to validate your payment details before providing you with the goods; and

(d) You are purchasing the goods for personal use and not for resale.
2.2 It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order goods. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
3. How the Contract Is Formed Between You and Us
3.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy the Goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and product availability. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email confirming that the Goods have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us ("Contract") is formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation, which will include a hard copy of these terms and conditions.
3.2 The Contract relates only to those Goods whose dispatch we have confirmed. We are not obliged to supply other Goods that may have been part of your order unless confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
3.3 Designer Drop is entitled to refuse any order placed by you without obligation to give a reason. We will refuse any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or illegal.
4. Consumer Rights
4.1 You may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 days, beginning the day after you received the Goods. To cancel, contact us by email or another viable communication method within the 14-day window, and return the Goods to us within 14 days of delivery.
4.2 You must return the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable and at your own cost. Once received, we will refund you in accordance with our refunds policy (see clause 7).
4.3 While in your possession, you must take reasonable care of the Goods. In particular:

(a) You must not wear or use any Goods intended for return except to try them on for fit.

(b) All Goods must be returned in original packaging with all labels and barcodes attached, along with any free or promotional items.
4.6 Your right to cancel may not exist if it falls outside these timeframes.
4.7 These provisions do not affect your other legal consumer rights.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times/dates are estimates, and we aim to deliver within 30 days of dispatch. We are not liable for failure to deliver within a specific time. Check your Goods upon receipt and notify us promptly of any issues.
5.2 If Goods are unavailable within 30 days, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
5.3 If you haven’t received your Goods within 3 working days of the estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number.
5.4 To receive your Products as soon as possible, we recommend reordering via the website.
5.5 Goods become your responsibility upon delivery to you or your nominated party.
5.6 We use various courier companies depending on delivery location/service required. See courier terms for reference:
5.7 Free Delivery applies only when eligible items are part of a completed order.
6. Price and Payment
6.1 Prices and postage charges are as quoted on our site (except in case of obvious error).
6.2 Product prices include VAT (if applicable) but exclude shipping.
6.3 Prices and shipping charges may change, but not after you’ve received a Dispatch Confirmation.
6.4 We aim to verify prices during dispatch. If a correct price is lower, we’ll charge the lower amount. If higher, we’ll contact you or cancel the order.
6.5 If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably be recognized, we do not have to honor it.
6.6 We accept payment by Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, ApplePay, and Google Pay.
6.7 All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization. If payment is refused, we are not liable for delay or non-delivery.
6.8 We may charge an admin fee if Goods are not delivered due to incorrect information you provided.
6.9 Promotions are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice.
6.10 Our default currency is GBP, but other currencies like EUR, USD, AUD, and others are supported.
7. Our Refunds Policy
7.1 If:

(a) Goods are incorrect or misdescribed;

(b) Goods are not of satisfactory quality;

(c) Goods are unfit for purpose;
We will offer replacement Goods or a refund, including return postage (receipt required).
7.2 If returning faulty or damaged Goods, include a written explanation.
7.3 Refunds:

(a) For cancellations under clause 4.1, refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. Return costs are your responsibility.

(b) For faulty items, we may send items to the supplier for review. If confirmed faulty, we’ll refund product price, delivery, and return costs within 30 days.

(c) Partial returns will not receive shipping refunds.

(d) Full returns (within 14 days) will receive standard UK delivery refund.
7.4 Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
7.5 We are not responsible for return charges if you fail to follow return procedures. Ensure correct customs paperwork is used for returns.
8. Our Liability
8.1 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Goods.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of business or income.
8.3 We do not exclude liability for:

(a) Death or injury from our negligence;

(b) Fraud;

(c) Breach under Sale of Goods Act 1979;

(d) Defective products under Consumer Protection Act 1987;

(e) Any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
8.4 We don’t warrant our site to be error-free or uninterrupted.
8.5 All warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Your Responsibilities If You Break This Contract
9.1 You agree to cover our costs (including legal fees) if you breach the contract or misuse our site.
10. Import Duty
10.1 If ordering from outside the UK, you’re responsible for import duties/taxes. We have no control over these.
10.2 You must comply with all laws of your delivery country. We are not liable for any legal violations by you.
11. Copyright and Links
11.1 Content on our site is protected by copyright. You may download content only for placing an order or shopping.
11.2 We are not responsible for the content of other websites linked to or from ours.
12. Applicability of Online Materials & Site Availability
12.1 All content is for personal, non-commercial use.
12.2 Product descriptions are accurate to our knowledge but may be updated without notice.
12.3 Colours may vary due to screen differences.
13. Written Communications
You agree to receive communications from us electronically. This satisfies any legal requirement for written communications.
14. General
14.1 We may assign our rights; you may not.
14.2 Terms may change at any time and apply from date of posting.
14.3 If any clause is found invalid, it will be severed.
14.4 Neither party is liable for obligations they can’t perform due to causes beyond control.
14.5 Delays in enforcing rights do not waive them.
14.6 No third party has rights under this contract.
14.7 Any contract changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
14.8 This contract is governed by English law, but you may bring claims in your local UK courts.
