Returns

We offer easy returns through our returns portal. Items must be in original condition, and all packaging materials, accessories, and applicable tags must be included to be eligible for a refund.

You have 14 days from the date you receive the parcel to return it. Any orders sent back after this period will be rejected and returned to you. Ensure returns are made within the allowed timeframe.


Return Criteria

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date and sent back immediately. 

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn and unaltered. They must not be used, washed, marked, scented, or damaged in any way.

  • Pack items securely: Pack your return securely in the original packaging or another suitable mailing bag. Do not display the contents or value on the parcel exterior.
  • Protect your parcel: Use a tracked and insured shipping method that covers the full value of your item when returning it. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit and cannot confirm receipt without tracking information.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

To ensure all customers receive high-quality, hygienic products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items with any smell of smoke, body odour, or strong fragrances

  • Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items without original swing tags or labels attached

  • Items showing visible signs of wear

  • Items returned with pet hair

  • Items damaged due to washing—this is not covered under our liability

  • Items removed from original packaging, excessively crumpled, or returned in an unsellable condition

We take great care to deliver your items in a presentable, wearable state. Please return them in the same condition out of consideration for the next customer.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original packaging intact, including shoe boxes, dust bags, brand tags, and authenticity cards. Packaging must not be altered, damaged, or removed.

Note: Final Sale items and shipping fees are non-refundable. Any Final Sale items will be clearly marked in the product description.


Return Approval and Rejections

Designer Drop reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not comply with this Return Policy. Rejected returns will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund.

To avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team with any concerns before initiating a return.


Frequent Returns

Return activity is monitored. If we believe the Return Policy is being abused—through frequent returns or other means—we may take action, including blocking accounts or cancelling future orders.

Designer Drop reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy.


Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable & you'll receive a full refund minus the original postage cost.


Return Processing Time

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the item. Please be patient during this time. You’ll receive email updates as your return / exchange progresses.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product only. If an alternative size is available, it can be selected through the returns portal.

If you wish to exchange for a different product, we recommend requesting a refund before making a new purchase.

While exchanges are processed for free, if you return the exchanged item, we will deduct postage costs for both the original and exchanged orders from your refund.


Return Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.


Multiple Size Orders

A 5% restocking fee is charged if you order multiple sizes of the same item. This practice is highly detrimental to our business, as it temporarily removes items from availability for other customers, leads to higher transaction fees (especially for high-value orders), and can result in lost sales opportunities. We strongly encourage contacting customer service for precise measurements before ordering to avoid this.
