Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. (excludes Public holidays)

Weekend orders (Saturday–Sunday) are dispatched the following Monday.

For security and fraud prevention, all orders are shipped via fully tracked and insured services.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery in 2–3 working days – £3.90. Free for all orders over £100. 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery in 1–2 working days – £4.99

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 PM – Guaranteed next working day delivery – £9.75

International Shipping

DPD International – Estimated delivery in 7–14 working days* – £14.99-£19.99

For international customers, we offer the following postage services. Due to the higher costs of international shipping, an accurate estimate based on item weight and destination will be provided at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are approximate and not guaranteed. The expected delivery date will be provided in your tracking details.

Please note: Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to additional charges such as customs fees, import duties, VAT, and other taxes imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fees.

Designer Drop is not responsible for any delays or extra charges incurred during the customs clearance process. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for information regarding any potential fees before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to pay all applicable charges and acknowledge that international shipments may take longer to clear customs.

Tracking information for your order will be sent to you via email. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive this. You may also receive SMS notifications regarding your parcel’s progress, where applicable.

By making a purchase, you explicitly agree to adhere to and be bound by the following delivery terms and conditions. It is important that you read and understand these terms, as they outline both your rights and responsibilities concerning the delivery of purchased goods.

Address Accuracy

It is essential to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Responsibility for Receipt of Goods

To ensure that your purchase reaches you in a timely and secure manner, we use trusted delivery services that provide tracking information and GPS coordinates to confirm delivery.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure that either they or a designated recipient are available to receive the package. If you place an order knowing you will not be home to receive it, it is your responsibility to arrange a secure delivery environment.

Confirmation of Delivery

Our obligation is considered fulfilled once tracking information confirms delivery to the provided address, as verified by GPS data. If the delivery service marks the parcel as delivered but the customer disputes receipt, responsibility shifts to the customer. While delivery disputes can be raised, confirmation provided by the delivery service remains valid.
